Is there a roomblock?
There is - $119, plus we waived the Resort Fee ($119 Per Night)
PHX - Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (14 Miles away from the Resort)
Tickets & Registration
Can I purchase a ticket onsite the day of the event?
Not this year; due to Covid, all tickets must be purchased in advance.
What is the Refund Policy?
If you require a refund, you must contact us no later than May 26th, 2021 (3 day before the Event).
Event General Questions
What is the deadline for deciding if I will be attending the Event?
This is exclusive event and space is very limited. Only 100 seats are available, and once we're sold out that's it! We suggest securing your seat as soon as possible.
Are there COVID-related restrictions about who can attend?
There are no local jurisdiction restrictions that apply. If you have questions, please contact us at info@upperstatusevent.com.
Why am I paying Arizona Sales Tax 7.35%?
Because the event is being held in Arizona, we are legally required to charge you Arizona Sales Tax (5.6% from Arizona + 1.75% Scottsdale = 7.35%)
Are there sponsorship opportunities for my business?

What is the Event schedule going to be?
- Registration will start on May 29th 8:00AM and will continue until the Event starts at 10:00AM.
- Event will kick off around 10:00AM on May 29th and will conclude around 6 pm or so.
- Daily schedules aren’t typically published but plan on starting around 8 am and concluding later into the evening.
- We do reserve the right to change this schedule at any time.
Does the hotel offer free parking?
Are pets allowed in the Event?
Will there be an opportunity to meet the hosts and some of the speakers in person?
Yes, David and Howie will make it an effort to meet with everyone that is attending as well as get some of the speakers to network and chat.
Will any meals be provided with my Event ticket?
There won't be meals provided at the event, but we'll provide nutrition bars and provide a 90 min lunch. You are welcome to bring your own meals.
Will all of the speakers be present at the event or will they present over zoom on tv/big screen?
We are hoping to have all speakers in person LIVE, but we have learned over the last 12 months that things can change.
Who are the speakers this year?
We will be releasing the speaker line up as we get closer to the Event.
How many People will be at this Event?
With the current guidelines in place, we plan on having about 100 people in attendance LIVE. Of course, this number is subject to change.
Are we allowed to record audio/video at the event?
Some recording or live streaming of the event is allowed. We encourage you to take pictures and share!
Is there an age limit to attend?
There is no age limit to attend. If you are under 18 years old, however, you must attend with your legal guardian.
Can I bring my baby/kids?

Is there a VIP/Preferred seating area?
Yes there is VIP or Preferred seating near the front and centers of the Event.
Do you make special accommodations for those with physical limitations?
Yes. Special Early Access is available. Please reach out to info@upperstatusevent.com.
Can I purchase an Early Access Ticket?
Yes. Special Early Access is available and limited.
Safety
What covid protocols will be in place?
We will follow the State and Hotel Guidelines/Regulations at the time of the event. More information will be provided as appropriate.
Are you going to be enforcing a mask policy?
We will be following State/City/Hotel guidelines for masks and overall safety. Our ability to host this event will be determined by following the rules and regulations at the time of the event.
Can you tell me what health and safety precautions are going to be in place?
- We will continue to analyze and make determination on appropriate precautions.
- Masks and hand sanitizer will be available. We will also be adhering to Arizona's and the hotels policies and guidelines that are in place at the time of the event.
Do I need a Vaccine to attend?
We will be following covid and safety protocols. At this time, we are NOT planning on requiring attendees to have a vaccine but any health and safety related questions are subject to change.
What happens if I get sick while traveling to the Event and/ or get sick at the Event?
- If at the Event, please provide us with notice; we will send out more details closer to the Event.
- If you get sick before the Event (see above).
- If you get sick at the Event, we ask that you notify us and do not attend.
